As well as extensive vineyards, Colle Bereto actually also has a beautiful olive grove with over 2000 trees. The secret of our high-quality extra-virgin olive oil is in the cold-pressing method, the traditional process used by very few nowadays, that guarantees a top-quality product with that typically Tuscan flavour.
