	he Colle Bereto estate is in Radda in Chianti, in the heart of the Chianti Classico, an officially designated area for the production of a superior quality wine. Grape varieties: Merlot (90%) Sangiovese (10%) Alcoholic content: 13% vol. The use of the Merlot grapes represents a daring experimentation by the owner aiming at the creation of a product endowed with a "Tocco" of sober elegance, a "Tocco" of unusual perfume and a "Tocco" of harmonious roundness in the respect of the traditions and qualities of the Chianti region. This wine ages in new French barriques during 18 months and it is refined in bottles before sale. Deep ruby red with aroma of spicy, ripe fruit and marmalade. Taste: smooth, firm, lingering in the mouth.
