ur visits start at the olive mill, then we take a panoramic view of the vineyards, proceeding with a tour of the vat room where the process of de-stemming the grapes and vinification will be explained.
Later, guests visit the cellars to see the oak barrels where our wine ages, and the visit ends in the bottling rooms where the bottled wine rests for approximately six months and reaches full refinement before being sold.

  • Sale of Colle Bereto wines and other products

After booking  groups of up to 10, to 20 or 50 persons can attend an assisted sampling session of three types of wine: 1 Chianti Classico – 1 Reserve – 1 regional wine.
Prices are based on our visitors’ requirements, chosen from the following:

  • two kinds of crostini (toasted bread with  savoury toppings) plus three varieties of ham or salami; or
  • lunch: crostini, two first courses, a second course, salad or vegetables, vinsanto (dessert wine) and cantuccini (almond biscuits), coffee.
