he Colle Bereto estate is close to Radda in Chianti, a small town about 30 km from Siena and 40 km from Florence. We are in the centre of the oldest area of Chianti Classico, an officially designated zone for the production of a superior-quality wine. The architecture of our farmhouse and outbuildings are in the typical Chianti style and have been carefully restored. Colle Bereto has very ancient origins: it was first mentioned at the beginning of the XI century when it was donated to the church of San Lorenzo a Coltibuono by a wealthy landowner of Radda in Chianti.
